GENTEC^® Check Valves prevent reverse flow of gases which can cause dangerous mixtures. Choose from three styles to fit your needs; 24-CV5 Series attach to the torch with 3/8"-24 "A" fitting; 24-CV7 Series attach to the torch; 24-CV8 Series replace the standard "B" size outlet bushings on regulators; 24-CV9 Series attach to the current regulator outlet bushings( use in all "The Compact Torch" kits and "The Small Torch" Kits.)

GENTEC^® Cutting Attachments are made from high quality die-forged brass. They are available in light, medium, and heavy duty models. Featuring tube mix design, Models 141C, 142C and 143CA can be used with Acetylene, Propane, MAPP®, Propylene, Fuel Gases, and Natural Gas (2 PSIG & above). 442C and 443C have three tubes in a triangular arrangement and feature a flat seat tip design and in head mixer.

GENTEC^® Cutting Tips are precision machined from high quality copper alloys for durability. The gas passages for single piece acetylene tips are accurately swage-formed and shaped on polished mandrels for smooth, efficient gas flow. Two piece tips for alternate fuel gases feature an internal spline configuration that is of the latest design, offering the optimum in cutting performance. All tips are 100% flame tested.

GENTEC Flashback Arrestors are specially designed to prevent personal injury and damage to equipment from the severe flashback. GENTEC Flashback Arrestors are available for regulators, torches and pipes.

- Sintered Metal Flame Arresting Filter to quench the flame from severe flashback
- Built-in automatic reset Non-return Valve to prevent reverse flow of gases by temporarily cutting off the gasses
- FA10 and FA20 Series are equipped with Heat Sensitive Cut-Off Valve which automatically shuts off gas supply and cannot be reset
- FA23 Series is equipped with Pressure Sensitive Cut-Off Valve which automatically shuts off gas supply and can be manually reset, and Pressure Relief Valve which relieves excess pressure and fumes in the event of flashbackent from the severe flashback. GENTEC Flashback Arrestors are available for regulators, torches and pipes.

GENTEC^® Hand Cutting Torches are machined from high-quality forged brass. Model 161S, 162 and 163 Series feature tube mix design. 263 Series and Model 363S have inline tubes arrangement and can be used with any type fuel gases, such as acetylene, propane, natural gas, propylene and MAPP­, 2 PSIG and above. 463 Series has triangular tubes arrangement and are compatible to HARRIS­ model 62-3. 463 Series also has models available for oxy-acetylene, and oxy-propane cutting operations. Balanced design and rugged construction is ideal for medium or heavy duty cutting and scraping operations.

Hose Repair Kits

GENTEC^® Hose Repair Kits are designed and outfitted to allow timely hose repair in the shop or in the field. A tough polyethylene case holds the components: Hose nuts and nipples (A & B sizes), splicers, couplers and various size ferrules most commonly used on 3/6" and 1/4" hose. Kits are equipped with 2 types of tools (see below). A display card with the fitting numbers and the compartment location is on both the outside and inside of the case lid for added convenience in selecting and reordering.

Crimping Tools

GENTEC^® Crimping Tools are ideal for ship and field repair of hoses. They are made of high alloy, nickel plated steel, with a one piece forged jaw for super strength.

We can supply you with GENTEC^® Machine Cutting Torches which are designed to handle all applications of machine cutting. They are available in two-hose and three hose versions. They can be used with various fuel gases such as Acetylene, Propane, Natural Gas, Propylene and MAPP®.

We can supply you with GENTEC^® Weed Burner Torch Kits, designed for heavy-duty outdoor applications.

Torch Handles

GENTEC^® Torch Handles are available in light, medium, and heavy duty models. Torch handles are machined from high-quality forged brass. Threaded construction facilitates easy repairs and servicing.
140T, 141T, 141TA, 142T and 143T Series feature Tube-in-a-Tube design within the torch handle.
442T and 443T feature two tubes within the torch handles.

Gas Savers

Double Shutoff Valves with Pilot Flame are designed for quick shut-off and easy restart of the working flame during gas welding and cutting operation. The working flame is automatically extinguished and the gas flow discontinued by placing the torch handle on the convenient hook. To reignite the working flame, lift the torch handle from the hook and place the tip close to the pilot flame. Our Duel Shutoff Valves Assembly is convenient, safe and fuel-efficient.

Gas Saver Torch Handles

GENTEC^® Gas Saver Lever On/Off Torch Handles are designed for brazing where precise gas control is required. The lever is for immediate On/Off control of the oxygen and fuel gas. The pilot adjustment is to allow the user to keep a small pilot flame on the end of the tip for immediate acceleration of the flame on the brazing tip.
